Miigwechiwendamdaa (Let Us All Be Grateful)
This prayer was written by Stacie Sheldon and Margaret Noodin for the Land Acknowledgement Dedication at Sunward Cohousing Community. Offered in Ojibwe and English, it expresses gratitude for the natural world and recognizes our relationships with the sun, stars, wind, water, plants, and animals. The prayer invites us to reflect on our responsibilities to one another and to the land we share.
